Battery wrap is a combination of materials designed to provide the ultimate in protection from battery destroying heat & vibration. The black felt material is treated with a proprietary material that neutralizes acid. This adhesive backed heat barrier protects components from conductive & radiant heat. The heat barrier is made up of woven silica with a flexible aluminized finish. The highly reflective surface of this material is capable of withstanding radiant temperatures in excess of 2000 Degree Fahrenheit
