About Product:
JV8 is a high temperature resistant, low volatile RTV-gasket material developed specifically for use on engines. It meets the low volatility specifications required of engines equipped with oxygen sensors. The temperature rating for JV8 is -75° to 500° intermittent service. JV8 can be used as a supplement to conventional gaskets, such as oil pan and manifold end seals. Or it can be used as a replacement for most paper type gaskets, such as timing cover and water outlet gaskets. Its aluminum color more closely matches today’s engine components while providing higher temperature capabilities. JV8 is an 80ml tube that can be hung for display or it can stand up right on it’s cap for display in your retail sales area.
