About Product:
This 3 inch universal Hydroformed BORLA® SwitchFire® X-Pipe is designed to be used to create custom exhaust systems. By using Hydroforming in the manufacturing process we are able to have a lower profile on this part than a conventional SwitchFire® X-Pipe. This SwitchFire® X-Pipe is 21.1 inch Long x 7.8 inch Wide x 5-1/2 inch High with 3 inch ID Inlet and 3 inch OD Outlet. Centerline spacing on inlet and outlets is 4 inch. Reversible design for installation flexibility. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, BORLA®’S patented SwitchFire® design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power. Notched Outlet necks for easy clamp-on installation using 1 inch wide band style clamps 18330 (clamps not included). On Un-Notched inlet necks, use 3 inch wide band style clamp 18006. Each SwitchFire® X-Pipe is built from premium, high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel, superior to T-400 series knockoffs (such as 409), to give you the absolute best in performance and durability. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow and power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit.
