Our Powerstroke coolant hose reroute kit shifts the path of the upper coolant hose behind the serpentine belt, allowing you to replace the belt without draining the coolant. This kit features the upper reroute hose, silicone replacement lower hose, and hose clamps for a complete refresh of your radiator hoses. These Powerstroke coolant hoses are manufactured from a combination of high-grade silicone and four layers of heat-resistant embedded fibers to provide the ultimate in durability and performance.
